FAM Yuran Dicer Cutting Principle

The product is guided by the feed-roll toward the circular knives while maintaining its natural thickness.

The circular knives cut the product into strips, after which the crosscut knife spindle cuts the strips into dices of the desired height.

Both the circular knife spindle and the crosscut knife spindle can be exchanged in a single movement using the FAM quick-release system. This significantly reduces production downtime when changing cut sizes.
