The A&K Corn Cutter is a high-performance industrial corn cutting machine designed for efficient, accurate, and continuous corn processing in food production environments. Built for reliability and precision, this unit delivers consistent cutting results while maintaining high throughput for commercial operations.
Each machine comes fully assembled and includes an individual self-contained hydraulic power pack mounted within the pedestal base. A powerful 1½ HP electric motor drives the feed rolls, ensuring smooth and controlled feeding of corn into the cutting system.
Six hydraulic motors power the feed mechanism, while an additional hydraulic motor controls the feed trough. This synchronised timing system accurately positions ears of corn into the cutter head for clean and precise cutting performance.
The cutter head itself is powered by a dedicated 1½ HP constant speed drive, providing dependable operation and uniform cutting quality. Every unit is supplied with a new cutter head and one complete set of knives, allowing for immediate installation and production startup.
Designed with hygiene and durability in mind, all product contact components are manufactured from stainless steel or other non-corrosive materials, making the machine ideal for food processing facilities that require easy cleaning and long-lasting performance.
